The Draft Code On Social Security (Jharkhand) Rules, 2021

The Government of Jharkhand has notified the draft of the “Code On Social Security (Jharkhand) Rules, 2021” (Draft Rules) exercising it’s powers conferred under Section 154(1) and 156 of the “Code On Social Security,2020 (Code). The Draft Rules shall come into effect on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall extend to the whole state of Jharkhand. Please refer to the notifications for more details.
