Revision of Minimum Wages in scheduled employments w-e-f 1st Oct 2024 in Meghalaya

In exercise of the powers sub·section (2) of Section 5 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 as amended, the Governor of Meghalaya has revised the rates of minimum wages payable per day in respect of the various scheduled employments with effect from 1st October 2024 are follows – Unskiilled – Rs. 419, Semi Skilled – Rs. 474, Skilled – Rs. 530 and Highly Skilled – Rs. 586.
