In exercise of powers conferred under Section 18(1) of the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, the Nagaland Government vide Notification No.LAB-1/29/92(Vol-I) Kohima dated 11.11.2024 notified the the Nagaland Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Rules, 2024. This shall be enforced with effect from the date of issue of this notification i.e 30th November 2024. The Rules contains provisions w.r.t. prohibition of employment of children in establishments and regulation of conditions of employment of adolescents in establishments.
