The Government of Madhya Pradesh in compliance with the Order dated 10th February, 2025 in WP Serial No. 10772/2024 of the High Court Division Bench, Indore, released Notification No.1/Eight/Pay/Part-3/2024/6891 Indore dated 28.02.2025, regarding implementation of prescribed minimum wages under Minimum wages Act, 1948 as notified by the state government vide notification No. F.4(B)1/2014//A-16 dated 4th March, 2024 except w.r.t Employment in manufacturing of apparel and footwear made from any textile, made-ups union, knitted and textile fabric.
