Labour Law Update – Labour Department, Haryana Government has announced 05.12.2022 i.e. Monday to be “holiday with wages” for those employees who are voters of the Constituency in the below stated district of Rajasthan, but who are working in the state of Haryana in various shops and commercial establishments, on account of Bye Election to “21-Sardarshahar Assembly Constituency, District Churu of Rajasthan” which is to be held on that date. This has been announced to give an opportunity to all the registered voters of 21-Sardarshahar Assembly Constituency, District Churu of Rajasthan who are working in the State of Haryana, to exercise their franchise and enable them to cast their vote.
