Extension Of Due Date For Filing Annual Returns Under The Maharashtra State Tax On Professions, Trade, Callings And Employments Act, 1975

Government of Maharashtra, Finance Department in exercise of power conferred under Section 6(3) of the The Maharashtra State Tax On Professions, Trade, Callings And Employments Act, 1975 amends the Government Notification Finance Department, No. PFT-2014/C.R.-38/Taxation-3 dated 21st August 2014 ,to include Entry 8 which requires that returns for the month of March 2021, April 2021, May 2021 can be filed on or before 30th June 2021 on the website of the Maharashtra Goods and Service Tax Department. Therefore, Tax and interest shall be paid before filing of return for the month March 2021, April 2021, May 2021. Please refer to the notification for more details
