Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is allowed to perform Aadhaar authentication for identification of beneficiaries

Notification No. S.O. 230(E) dated 13^th January, 2023 has notified that “Employees’ State Insurance Corporation is allowed to perform Aadhaar authentication, on a voluntary basis for identification of beneficiaries, using Yes or No option or eKYC authentication facility, for providing social security benefits including medical and cash benefits under the provisions of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948).
