Deparment of Labour, Skill Development & Employment, Government of Meghalaya vide notification No. LE&SD.39/14/Pt./531 dated 13th March 2025 mandates that all the applications are submitted online through the invest Meghalaya Portal with no requirement for submission of hard copy and no applications would be accepted offline for License and Registration under CLRA Act and ISMW Act w.r.t. contractors and principal employers respectively, Registration of establishments under BOCW Act, Registration and Renewal under State S&E Act etc.
