Revision of LWF Contribution Limit in Haryana w.e.f. 1st Jan 2025

Haryana Labour Welfare Board vide notification No. HLWB/REV/2025/1306 – 1530 dated 07.03.2025 has notified revision in rates of employee and employer’s contribution with effect from 1st January 2025. Each employee shall contribute to the fund every month an amount equal to 0.2% of his wage subject to a limit of Rs. 34 [thirty four] and each employer shall in respect of each such employee, shall contribute to the fund every month twice the amount contributed by such employee.
