Director General Health Services, Delhi notified as the Appellate Authority under RPwD Act 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, read with sub-section (a) of section 45-D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, S.O No. 3753(E) dated 2nd September, 2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi vide Notification F. No. 24/33/Disb/DGHS/HQ/2023/165 dated 3rd February, 2025, designated and notified the Director General Health Services, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as the Appellate Authority against the decision of Certifying Authority as notified in the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 dated 27th December 2016 for the purpose of issuance of disability certificate in NCT of Delhi.
