Paid Holiday on the polling day to all factory & S&E workers in Chhattisgarh for election of Mayor

The Government of Chhattisgarh vide Notification No. F8-1/2015/16 dated 7th February, 2025, has notified paid holiday on the date of polling to all workers / employees working in the establishment of factories / institutions covered under the Factories Act and Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act, for general by-elections of municipalities and three-tier panchayat elections 2025. Workers in factories which are under continuous process, should be given the facility to voter in turns.
