Declaration of Holiday on 05-02-2025 to voters of NCT of Delhi employed in Factories in Haryana

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 65(2) of the Factories Act, 1948, the Haryana government has exempted all adult workers working in the factories situated in Haryana who are voters in general elections to the legislative assembly of NCT of Delhi which is to be held on 05.02.2025 from the operations of provision of Section 52(1)(a) of the Act for the week commencing from 02.02.2025 and ending on 08.02.2025, subject to the condition that no adult worker who is a voter shall be required or allowed to work on 05.02.2025 in the factories of the state of Haryana.
