In exercise of powers conferred by Section 101 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Madhya Pradesh government vide notification No. Sr.F.-1-11-0001-2025-26-1 dated 28.01.2025 amended the Madhya Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017 vide which the words Commissioner, Handicapped Persons, the words Commissioner, Disabled Persons has been substituted.
