Declaration to grant leave on 5-2-2025 to employees working in Rajasthan who are voters in Delhi

The General Administration Department Government of Rajasthan vide notification No. P.12(6)GAD/2/2023 dated 11.01.2025 has declared that as per instructions of the Election Commission of India, under Section 135B of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, all Heads of various departments, undertakings, boards, corporations etc. of the State are authorised to grant constitutional leave to the officers / employees working in the state of Rajasthan who are registered voters of the assembly constituencies of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on application made by them to cast their vote on the election day i.e. on 5th February 2025.
