Delhi Government Order for Compliance of the Provisions of the SHWW (PPR) Act 2013

Labour Department, Government of NCT of Delhi vide Order F.No. 15(1)/LAB/2025/5379-5381 dated 06.01.2025 has directed all District Incharge (JLC and DLC) and DISH to sensitize and seek information from the employers under their jurisdiction regarding constitution of Internal Compliant Committee by them and also inform them regarding the She Box portal, where the employers in public and private sector can also register themselves.
