Few Provisions of the Code on Social Security comes into force on 3rd May, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 read with section 14 of the General Clauses Act, 1897, Government of India vide notification No. S.O. 2060(E) dated May 3, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, appoints the 3rd day of May, 2023 as the date on which few specific provisions of the Code on Social Security, 2020 shall come into force.
