Extension Of Medical Benefits Under The ESI Regulations In The Chamba, Kullu, Hamirpur, Kinnaur And Lahaul And Spiti Districts In the State of Himachal Pradesh

The Government of India, vide Notification No. N-17011/1/HP/2023-P&D, extended medical benefits, provided under Regulation 95-A of the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, to the families of all insured persons in the entire area of Chamba, Kullu, Hamirpur, Kinnaur and Lahaul & Spiti” district in the State of Himachal Pradesh with effect from 01 January 2023.Please refer to the notification for more details.
