Notification regarding Registration through Single Window Silpasathi Portal under various Laws

Finance Department (Revenue), Government of West Bengal has vide Notification no. 10. – F.T. dated the 2nd January, 2023 Howrah, notified that all applications for registrations under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, to be made through the State Single Window Silpasathi Portal ( www.silpasathi.wb.gov.in ), with effect from 1st January 2023.

Also, earlier on 27.12.2022, another Notification No. Labr./173/IT & EoDB – IR/3C-04/2015 regarding start of few services with effect from 1st January 2023 under various labour laws through State Single Window Silpasathi Portal was also notified.
